Terms of Service

By accessing or using DugoutSync (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DugoutSync is a website builder for travel ball coaches and sports teams. It allows coaches to create and manage team websites including rosters, schedules, statistics, photo galleries, news posts, and sponsor placements. Features vary by subscription plan.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per coach; Club plan allows up to 10 team sites under one account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• DugoutSync offers Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($49/mo), and Club ($129/mo) plans
• All plans include a 30-day free trial
• Billing is monthly or annual (annual = 2 months free)
• You authorize DugoutSync to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission (except Club plan white-label features)
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to collect data about minors without parental consent

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, rosters, news posts, etc.)
• By uploading content, you grant DugoutSync a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload, including photos of minors
• DugoutSync reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

• Coaches may invite parents and family members to contribute photos via approved upload links
• Coaches are responsible for managing contributor access and moderating uploaded content
• Contributors must not upload photos or content involving minors in an inappropriate manner
• DugoutSync provides moderation tools but is not responsible for content uploaded by contributors

• Pro and Club plans may purchase custom domains through DugoutSync
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• DugoutSync acts as a reseller; domain registration is subject to registrar terms
• You are responsible for renewing domains if you cancel your DugoutSync subscription

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at dugoutsync.com/privacy.

• You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings
• DugoutSync may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your team site will be taken offline and data may be deleted after 30 days
• We will provide data export options upon request before deletion

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DugoutSync does not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

DugoutSync's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
